Age & Eligibility

Society's Secret is strictly an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this website in any capacity. By continuing to browse, you are legally declaring that you are 18 or older and that it is lawful in your jurisdiction to view adult-oriented content and services.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have any reason to believe a user is under 18, their access will be suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Nature of Our Service

Society's Secret operates as a companionship and social escort agency based in Wellington, New Zealand. We connect clients with independent adult companions for social outings, events, dinner dates, and companionship experiences.

All arrangements made through Society's Secret are strictly for legal companionship services only. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or through our booking process constitutes an offer, solicitation, or arrangement for any sexual service. Any such arrangement is entirely outside the scope of our agency and is not condoned, facilitated, or endorsed by Society's Secret in any way.

Our companions are independent individuals. Society's Secret acts as an introductory agency only and does not direct, manage, or control the personal conduct of any companion beyond the scope of a booked engagement.

How Bookings Work

All bookings are made through our automated online booking system. You select your companion, choose a service and duration, verify your phone number, and submit your request. Our system then checks with the companion to confirm her availability at your chosen time.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation through our platform. An unconfirmed request is not a booking.

You may request a booking for the current time or for a time later in the day — for example, a few hours ahead. This allows you to plan around your schedule without needing to be at the location immediately. Bookings cannot be made for future dates beyond the current day without prior arrangement.

No messaging required Our booking system is fully automated. You do not need to message, call, or contact anyone to confirm your booking. If your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation link automatically. Simply bring the correct cash amount and arrive on time.

Acceptable Use

By using this website, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully at all times. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

Use this site or its services for any purpose that is unlawful under New Zealand law or the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Attempt to solicit, arrange, or negotiate any sexual service — directly or indirectly — through our platform, with our companions, or in connection with any booking made through us.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or disrespect any companion or member of our staff in any communication or in person.
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when making a booking.
Share, reproduce, or distribute any photographs, content, or personal information belonging to our companions without explicit written consent.
Attempt to contact companions outside of channels provided or sanctioned by Society's Secret without their consent.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, extract, or replicate content from this website.
Attempt to circumvent any security feature, verification measure, or access restriction on this site.
Engage in conduct that could damage the reputation, safety, or wellbeing of Society's Secret, its companions, or its clients.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

Fake Bookings & No-Shows

Every booking request verified through our platform is tied to a real, confirmed phone number, a unique device fingerprint, and an IP address. This information is logged at the time of booking and retained on our systems.

If you submit a booking with no genuine intention of attending, fail to show up to a confirmed booking, or engage in any form of time-wasting behaviour, the following will happen immediately and without exception:

Your verified phone number will be permanently added to our blacklist. It cannot be used to make any future booking on Society's Secret.
Your device fingerprint will be banned, preventing access from the same device regardless of what number or account is used.
Your IP address will be blocked from our platform entirely.
All three bans are applied simultaneously and are permanent. There is no appeals process.

Zero tolerance Fake bookings and no-shows directly impact the safety, income, and wellbeing of our companions. We take this seriously. If you make a booking, you are expected to show up. Anyone found to have made a booking in bad faith will be permanently removed from our platform with no opportunity to return.

Our companions' time is their livelihood. Wasting it is not something we treat lightly, and our systems are designed to ensure it cannot happen twice.

Client Conduct

When attending a booking, you agree to:

Arrive punctually, well-presented, and in a sober state. We reserve the right to cancel any engagement where a client appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances.
Treat your companion with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times. Any form of physical or verbal aggression will result in the immediate termination of the booking.
Respect the personal boundaries of your companion. They have the right to end an engagement at their discretion if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Not pressure, coerce, or attempt to negotiate services beyond the agreed scope of the booking.
Maintain full confidentiality regarding your companion's identity, personal details, and the nature of your engagement.
Have the correct cash amount ready — exact change where possible. Payment is made directly to your companion at the start of the booking.

Society's Secret reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time if we believe a client poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of our companions.

Cancellations

All standard bookings through our platform are cash-on-arrival. Because no payment is taken upfront, there is nothing to refund in the event of a cancellation or change of plans. Simply do not attend if your plans change — however, please be aware that repeated no-shows will result in a permanent ban as described in section 05.

For any advance or prepaid arrangements made directly with Society's Secret outside of the standard platform, a cancellation fee of $50.00 applies regardless of notice provided. Prepaid amounts beyond the cancellation fee may be refunded at our discretion depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

Privacy & Discretion

We take privacy extremely seriously — both yours and our companions'. Any personal information you provide to us is handled with strict confidentiality and is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

By using our services, you agree to:

Keep the identity, appearance, and personal details of any companion you meet strictly confidential.
Not photograph, record, or capture any companion without their explicit, prior consent.
Not share details of your engagement on social media, review platforms, or with third parties.

We extend the same discretion to you as a client. Our client records are handled with complete confidentiality.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, imagery, logos, design elements, and branding — is the property of Society's Secret and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand, name, or imagery may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Society's Secret acts solely as an introductory agency. We are not liable for the personal conduct, actions, or representations of any companion beyond the scope of arranged introductions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Society's Secret shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or following a booked engagement.
Any reliance placed on information provided on this website.
Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your personal data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operating practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ID Checks

As a rule, we do not require clients to provide identification — we understand that discretion is one of the most important aspects of this service and we respect that entirely.

That said, if a companion has reason to believe that a client may be under 18, they are fully within their rights to request valid photo ID before proceeding with any engagement. This is non-negotiable. The safety and legal compliance of our companions comes first, and any client who appears to be underage will be asked to verify their age before the booking continues.

If you are asked for ID and cannot or will not provide it, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
